How it Works: Our individual therapy sessions provide personalized support tailored to your unique needs. We start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call to discuss your concerns and determine if we are a good fit; then we move on to an initial assessment to understand your mental health, considering both personal and systemic factors. Together, we set clear goals and work collaboratively to address the individual and systemic issues impacting your mental health, ensuring that our approach honours your lived experiences and fosters genuine healing and growth.

Areas of Focus & Modalities: Perinatal Mental Health, Grief and Loss, Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Somatic Processing, Polyvagal Theory, Cultural Competence, Black Indigenous, and People of Colour/People of the Global Majority (BIPOC/BIPGM) Support, Queer Affirming Therapy, Chronic Illness Support, Black Feminist Thought, Disability Justice, Anti-Oppressive Practice, Equity and Inclusion, Social Justice Advocacy, Holistic Healing, and Cross-Cultural Theories.

How it Works: Group Therapy sessions are structured around specific curriculums that address various topics and needs. As these curriculums are developed, they will be posted online for registration, including detailed information about the session topics, schedules, and costs. Once you register, you'll join a supportive group environment where we explore shared experiences, foster mutual support, and work together towards healing and growth.

Consulting Services

Consulting Services are priced on an hourly and/or project basis.

How it Works: Our consulting services are designed to address crucial areas such as perinatal mental health, equity, diversity, inclusion, and liberation within your organization. The process begins with an initial discovery call, where we delve into your specific needs and goals. From there, I offer tailored solutions that may include updating and developing human resource policies to incorporate culturally safe measures, designing perinatal and postpartum back-to-work plans for employers, and providing EDI training for staff and board members. We can also collaborate on strategies to support calls to action in the workplace, ensuring that your organization is actively engaged in social justice and liberation efforts.

How it Works: Our workshops are tailored for individuals seeking to explore and address a variety of personal and relational challenges. Topics include burnout, mental load, trying to conceive, navigating fertility in New Brunswick, grief and loss, reproductive justice, and much more. Each workshop is designed to provide practical strategies, emotional support, and a deeper understanding of the issues at hand. The process begins with selecting a workshop that resonates with your needs. Sessions are interactive, allowing for personal reflection and group discussion, and are rooted in evidence-based practices and culturally informed perspectives. These workshops offer a supportive space for learning, healing, and personal growth.

How it Works: Our Universal Screening Day is a free community event dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of expecting and new parents. In collaboration with other perinatal mental health practitioners, this event offers confidential mental health screenings focused on identifying and addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress related to pregnancy and the postpartum period. The event provides a safe, supportive environment where participants can gain insight into their mental health and receive guidance on next steps, including access to resources and professional support. This initiative aims to ensure that all parents have the opportunity to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being during this important time.

The implementation of this sliding scale is designed to make mental health services more accessible to those who need them most, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from receiving the care they deserve.
